Farm Fantastic 2019

Every year for several years now the Sunshine Coast Dexter Cattle Promotion Group has had a stand at Farm Fantastic. This year Farm Fantastic was held at the Caboolture Showgrounds from the 5th– 7thJuly.

The site had to be prepared with animal exhibits settled in on the Thursday night before 5pm.

Three heifers were brought by Aleck and Katrina McCloskey from Greenhills Stud. Two long legs and one short leg, two black and a dun.

Over the days of the field days 30 -40 people put their names down for more information and took our promotion bags, more than twice that many came to pat the animals and ask questions. There has been further contact from people at Farm Fantastic on the promotion groups facebook page. As a group we consider it was a successful promotion activity
